I love character design and I have a ton of original characters stored away in this brain of mine. There's just something about taking a pencil and paper and bringing character to life on the page.

I also love how cartoon characters can look like anything and still look like people. The variety, the possibilities, they're endless.

I'll never get bored with this.

I am currently a librarian in California and I've been cartooning unprofessionally my whole life.

Most of the people, places and things that appear in my artwork are part of a story I am writing. The protagonist of this story is named after me. Several other characters are based on people I know. Most of the cast, however, hails from the inner-depths of my own mind

Okay, folks, here's the change up:
I've been doing requests for a while now and I love to do 'em, but sense it's been taking up quite a bit of time, I am going to start charging for them. This will make each request official business and a higher priority for me, so you can expect them to be done sooner.

Just because I like you guys so much (and because I do most of my work digitally without finite materials), I'm going to give everyone three free requests. After that, each request is a commission and each commission will be $15 regardless of the detail or time involved.

If you have a request or a commission, contact me in a Note. Payments will be made through PayPal, but I'm flexible so voice your needs or concerns in the Note. I believe PayPal is the safest way to do this. Here is the PayPal site [link]

By the way you'll need my email address for PayPal and if you would rather send me an email than a Note, that's fine.
